Delivery and returns
Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours after receipt of your payment. The delivery time indicated is to be taken into account from the moment your order is in “shipped order” status. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.
Delivery costs are free from 60€ of purchase for delivery by Colissimo for France only.
Delivery methods and times
The Relay Point Switchboard:
Packages are shipped via the Mondial Relay network.
The delivery time is approximately 3 working days for France and between 5 and 6 days for international shipments after your order has been dispatched.
The Standard (with or without signature):
The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, delivered with or without signature.
The delivery time is approximately 2 working days for France.
In Europe, allow 3 to 4 days for most countries such as Germany, Italy or Ireland. Elsewhere in the world, allow 5 to 7 days for most destinations, for example Japan, Mexico but also New Zealand, and up to 8 or 9 days for countries such as India, Nigeria or India. distant Australia.
Packages are shipped by Chronopost and delivered in France within 24 hours after shipment of your order.
The Express Relay Point:
The Pickup network is more than 15,000 local shops (bookstore, florist, bar, tobacconist, press) and 400 lockers where you can send or collect your parcels, delivered by Chronopost.
Chronopost will take care of delivering your package within 24 hours to a Pickup relay after your order has been dispatched, in mainland France from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
For some coastal islands, the deadline may be extended by one day. For Corsica and the day after public holidays, delivery can take place during the day without commitment of time.
Ecological delivery by courier:
Our partner First Eco Pack ( https://www.firstecopack.fr/ ) is a company specializing in ecological transport in the Paris region and Île-de-France. All their vehicles are 100% electric and carry up to 100 kg of cargo without emitting any air pollution or noise pollution.
This method of delivery is only offered for deliveries to intramural Paris and to the departments of the inner suburbs (92, 93, 94).
For all orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, we offer ecological delivery by courier the next day between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday. Orders placed between Friday after 2 p.m. until Monday at 2 p.m. will therefore be delivered on Tuesday before 6 p.m.
Returns of one or more items
For the Christmas period, all orders placed from November 1st to December 31st can be returned to us for exchange until January 31st.
For returns, please follow the following procedure:
Access your order history from your account.
Select the order containing the product you want to return by clicking on "Details" in the last column.
Select the product(s) you want to return by checking the box next to their name(s).
(MANDATORY) Add in the free part, the reason for return as well as your choice (refund, replacement, exchange and specify the size, reference and color) as well as the confirmation of the delivery address.
Once this form is completed, click on "Make a product return". The request appears with the mention "Awaiting confirmation" in the "Product return" page of your customer account.
Your request will then be processed by customer service and you will be able to follow the progress of your request.
Returns that do not comply with the procedure described above will not be processed.
The return costs are your responsibility, however, an error in the processing of the order from Legend Icon may be subject to the sending of a specific return slip.
